In the evening, gather with classmates at the Reunion Cocktail Reception and Dinner under the tent, followed by all Saturday night activities. Perfect for those who want the heart of Reunion in a single, celebratory day.
If you're looking to join us for everything Alumni Weekend has to offer, our Weekend Pass offers the complete Reunion experience, Thursday through Sunday. Join us for the full celebration with access to all weekend programming, including Friday lunch and welcome dinner, a toast reception and bonfire with s’mores, Saturday breakfast and lunch, the signature Reunion Cocktail Reception and Dinner, Saturday night activities, and Sunday brunch. Designed for those who want more time to reconnect, relax, and experience Reunion from start to finish.
Choose the option that fits your schedule — and get ready for a memorable Reunion weekend.
Reunion packages are organized by “era” groups, bringing together three to four class years to celebrate side by side. This structure allows for shared signature events while still honoring the uniqueness of each class. Within your selected era package, you’ll be able to choose and register for your class-specific events, ensuring you don’t miss the gatherings and traditions that matter most to your year.
Bringing Guests?
Be sure to include all members of your party—including children—in the guest section of your registration. You’ll be able to select each guest’s individual events and meals for the weekend while keeping everyone grouped under one registration. If your partner is also a Haverford alum, don’t forget to include their class year!
HaverCamp for Kids
HaverCamp offers fun, age-appropriate programming for toilet-trained children ages 4–14. Sessions are led by DEAN Adventure Camps and are available in the morning, afternoon, and evening on Saturday. You’ll find HaverCamp options conveniently listed under the 5–14 age range package during registration.
Children aged 4 can be registered for HaverCamp via the Child 0–4 package. Children 0–3 will not be able to register.
Housing
Dormitory rooms are available from Thursday night until 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Individual reunion classes will be housed together, so please specify if you wish to be housed near specific classmates. Due to the mattress size, all individuals staying on campus must reserve their own room. Pricing is based per bed, not per night, so you pay a flat fee upon booking.
Key pickup will be available during registration hours. If you plan to arrive earlier or later than registration hours, please notify alumni@haverford.edu so your key can be held.
Each air-conditioned, single-occupancy room includes bed linens, blankets, and two towels. You may want to bring additional towels, hangers, and an alarm clock. We remind alumni that these dorm rooms are how you remember them! Rooms will only contain one twin XL bed, and all bathrooms are communal. Private bathrooms are not available.
Children below 4 cannot stay in their own rooms and must room with their parents. Children 5–12 are recommended to stay with parents, but it is up to parental discretion. You are welcome to bring Pack 'N Plays, sleeping bags, or similar sleeping arrangements for your children, but cots are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rooms must be vacated by 1:00 p.m. on Sunday. Room keys must be returned to either the key desk on the ground floor of the Whitehead Campus Center or the designated bin in the Dining Center at Brunch on Sunday. Failure to return a key will incur a $150 fee as the college is required to change the locks of rooms with unreturned keys.
