Reunion packages are organized by “era” groups, bringing together three to four class years to celebrate side by side. This structure allows for shared signature events while still honoring the uniqueness of each class. Within your selected era package, you can choose and register for your class-specific events.

Registration will be available at a discounted rate of 30% off until April 15, so don't miss out on a deal!

Bringing Guests?

Be sure to include all members of your party—including children aged 4 and up—in the guest section of your registration. You’ll be able to select each guest’s individual events and meals for the weekend while keeping everyone grouped under one registration. If your partner is also a Haverford alum, don’t forget to include their class year!

Children under the age of 4 do not need to be registered and may join you for the weekend events free of charge.

HaverCamp for Kids

You’ll find HaverCamp options conveniently listed under the 4–14 age range package during registration. HaverCamp offers fun, age-appropriate programming for toilet-trained children ages 4–14. Sessions are led by DEAN Adventure Camps and are available Friday evening and Saturday morning, afternoon, and evening.

Each session is $25 per child and has limited capacity. Children aged 4+ can be registered for HaverCamp via the Child 4-20 package. Children 0–3 will not be able to register.

Housing

Weekend housing is available from Thursday through Sunday at 1:00 p.m. for a flat fee of $125 per bed; rooms are not priced on a nightly basis, meaning you have access to your room for the duration of the weekend until Sunday at 1:00 p.m.

Individual reunion classes will be housed together, so please specify if you wish to be housed near specific classmates and we will do our best to accommodate. Due to the mattress size (twin XL), all individuals staying on campus must reserve their own room.

Key pickup will be available during registration hours.

  • Thursday: 11:00 - 6:00
  • Friday: 8:30 - 5:00
  • Saturday: 8:30 - 5:00

If you plan to arrive later than registration hours, please notify alumni@haverford.edu so your key can be held.

Each air-conditioned, single-occupancy room includes bed linens, blankets, and two towels. You may want to bring additional towels, hangers, and an alarm clock. We remind alumni that these dorm rooms are how you remember them! Rooms will only contain one twin XL bed, and all bathrooms are communal. Private bathrooms are not available.

Children below 4 cannot stay in their own rooms and must room with their parents. Children 5–12 are recommended to stay with parents, but it is up to parental discretion. You are welcome to bring Pack 'N Plays, sleeping bags, or similar sleeping arrangements for your children. We recommend bringing Pack 'N Plays or sleeping bags, but cots are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.

Rooms must be vacated by 1:00 p.m. on Sunday. Room keys must be returned to either the key desk on the ground floor of the Whitehead Campus Center or the designated bin in the Dining Center at Brunch on Sunday. Failure to return a key will incur a $150 feeas the college is required to change the locks of rooms with unreturned keys.
