Alumni Weekend 2025

Alumni Weekend 2025

Please read all of the information below before proceeding.
Be sure to check out our Schedule of Events to see all the weekend has to offer, as some of these events are walk-in events and will not be visible in registration!

Registration Options

As you register, you’ll be able to choose from three options tailored to your class year:

  • All-Inclusive Package: Covers all meals from Friday dinner through Sunday brunch.
  • Saturday Only Package: Includes Saturday lunch and your class dinner.
  • À La Carte Option: Customize your experience by selecting the specific meals and sessions that best fit your plans.

You can also add on-campus housing to any of these registration options.

Bringing Guests?

Be sure to include all members of your party—including children—in the guest section of your registration. You’ll be able to select each guest’s individual events and meals for the weekend while keeping everyone grouped under one registration. If your partner is also a Haverford alum, don’t forget to include their class year!

HaverCamp for Kids

HaverCamp offers fun, age-appropriate programming for children ages 4–14 (participants must be toilet-trained). Sessions are led by DEAN Adventure Camps and are available in the morning, afternoon, and evening on Saturday. You’ll find HaverCamp options conveniently listed under the 5–14 age range package during registration. Additional notes in regards to accommodations and accessibility will be available when registering for HaverCamp.

Children aged 4 can be registered for HaverCamp via the Child 0–4 package. Children 0–3 will not be able to register.

HaverCamp is priced at $25 for the morning session, and $30 for the afternoon and evening respectively. Each session has a capacity of 50 children per session.

Housing

Dormitory rooms are available from 11:00 a.m. Thursday until 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Individual reunion classes will be housed together, so please specify if you wish to be housed near specific classmates. Due to the mattress size, all individuals staying on campus must reserve their own room. Pricing is based per bed, not per night, so you pay a flat fee upon booking. Housing is priced at $125 for our young alumni in classes 2025 to 2015, and $150 for all others.

Key pickup will be available during registration hours. If you plan to arrive earlier or later than registration hours, please notify alumni@haverford.edu so your key can be held.

Each air-conditioned, single-occupancy room includes bed linens, blankets, and two towels. You may want to bring additional towels, hangers, and an alarm clock. We remind alumni that these dorm rooms are how you remember them! Rooms will only contain one twin XL bed, and all bathrooms are communal. Private bathrooms are not available.

Children below 4 cannot stay in their own rooms and must room with their parents. Children 5–12 are recommended to stay with parents, but it is up to parental discretion. You are welcome to bring Pack 'N Plays, sleeping bags, or similar sleeping arrangements for your children. We recommend bringing Pack 'N Plays or sleeping bags, but cots are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms must be vacated by 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Room keys must be returned to either the key desk on the ground floor of the Whitehead Campus Center or the designated bin in the Dining Center at Brunch on Sunday. Failure to return a key will incur a $150 fee as the college is required to change the locks of rooms with unreturned keys.
